What we changed
We focused on a few high-signal rules and a clear daily routine for dispatch.
- Live map with status labels (moving / stopped / delayed)
- Geofence events for key locations (arrival / departure) instead of manual check-ins
- Simple alerts: long stop, route deviation, and repeated late arrivals
